water pump bolt

hey im doing a cam install in my 3.4 and i have to take the water pump off so ive been taking out the bolts and i cant seem to figure out how to take this one out. i can wrap a closend end wrench around it but dont have any room to turn. the bolt im talking about is to the right behind that bracket, i think its the power steering bracket. does anyone know how to get that off? do i have to take the power steering stuff off?

Have to remove power steering bracket. In order to do this, you must also remove the power steering pump pulley and pump.
