When it's cold out, like now, after sitting over night, my car will be quite frosty, and i get up early to get to where i need to be, push the unlock button on my remote, and if you listen closely, you hear a light clicking sound, from the front of the car, they are i'd say maybe 230-260 bpm. After a few seconds of this, the car will unlock if i push the unlock button again.
I then get into the car, put the key in the ignition, and turn it to the "on" position, not yet in "start" and there is that same consecutive clicking coming from all around me, and i think thru the stereo possibly too. If i try to start it, it will continue clicking, but the open door dinging will join in the fun, at 230-260 bpm. After say 10 seconds of this, it stops, and the car cranks no problem, starts like usual, the first second i turn the key.
I'm under the impression my batter might be bad, I'm not sure how old it is, and there are no clear date markings on it, and i haven't had a chance to test it, just wondering if yous agree, or what you think..
Thanks.
