I burned the images to cd's. I opened the iso's by opening my cd burning program (easy cd creater) and selecting "create cd from image" from the File menu. I'm sure there are programs out there that can simulate or read the iso.

Incase you didn't know, an ISO is sort of like a .zip or .rar file in that you downloaded one file but many more files are contained inside of that file, however, I don't believe there is any compression like .zip.

Alternatively, you can download a free ROM-drive emulator like Daemon Tools. If you install that program you can just load the .iso file, and your computer will think you have another CD-ROM drive (G: or whatever) in your machine with that particular CD image in the 'virtual' drive. It's magic... and terribly useful.

P.S. - the interface for Daemon Tools sits in your tasktray.

P.P.S - Isobuster is used to extract raw data from individual files on a ROM, such as video or audio. You should have been looking for a program like WinISO or MagicISO. (which are not free, unlike Daemon Tools)
