Is the 12 volt 02 sensor heater wire suppose to read ground? I'm troubleshooting a P0300B Multiple Random Misfire code. I have all three 02 sensor wire connectors disconnected. I also have the C1 and C2 PCM wire connectors disconnected from the PCM. I'm using my meter checking for any type of shorts in the wiring. The pink wire pin (D) which is the 12 volt feed for the heater side of the 02 sensor is reading ground. Can someone confirm if this is correct or not? I don't think this is correct. Thank you, Tommy.
