My 97 camaro just started whining after you drive for about 15 minutes with the heat on, you can hear a winding, buzzing type of sound coming from the vents, and gets louder if you switch to the floor heat.. Anyone know what it could be.. definatley doesnt sound normal. Thanks

yeah , it should be in an inclosed box behind the glove-box once you see the box, its like 2 or 3 screws holding it on there. take the box off and youll see your heater core, (small radiator) the blower should be to the right of that, you'll see the fan blades of it tucked in there...since ive only replaced the heater core , im not sure of how to get the fan out...but im sure youll get it

The buzzing noise could just be leaves, mine did that the first autumn I had it, I thought the fan was rubbing, but the dealer opened it up and had to clean leaves out. I have no clue how they got in there.2002 Silver Firebird A4<br />T-Tops, Leather, Y87, W68, Chrome Wheels<br />Bone StockComment
