I've noticed when i've been driving that my RPMS are all over the place. When I took my foot off the pedal on a side street, instead of the normal idle rate of 1,000 rpm, it was at 2,500 and it just stuck there, I tapped the acclerater a few times, then it back to norm. At WOT the engine rpms drop, it like stutters then takes off. Allso when I start off sounds like the pistons are firing at wrong times. Even when I reved it up, the engine stuttered. I've been gettin pretty crappy gas millage if that, wondering if that is due to whatever is goin on with it. Any idea whats causing this??

try new plugs and wires. i had that problem on my v6 and when i checked it i found burnt wires on cyl 2&5 and my egr valve was bad.
just hope your egr isn't bad because it's expensive to replace. cheapest i found on a new one was $360 i believe1968 Camaro SS 509 BB M4<br />1970 Mustang Mach 1 351W M4<br />1985 Mustang GT 302 M5<p>Me: Scratch your chin for me.<br />Jepe: $@&% you<p>dstrbdv6: if you live past forty i\'ll start going to church again

Whered you get your TB spacer. o- Id check your throttle cables tension and or possibly the cruze control one as well. ive seen it where the cruze throttle gets messed with standard throttle and it will hold the throttle open or force it closed. Plugs my be an issue, but how old are yours ( how many miles.97 Special Edition Bird , Short bus stlye special

I fixed the tension problem when I was putting the spacer in. But the plugs...no clue. I just ordered new plugs and wires from thunder racing. Hopefully that was my problemMy 1996 Camaro RS <a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/id/mustangkiller311\" target=\"_blank\">www.cardomain.com/id/mustangkiller311</a> \"Its out-dated\"<br />Mods=SLP CAI, 3.42/LSD, 180*, BMR StrutBrace,SLP Take-Off Shocks/Springs, Z28Swaybar, DynomaxSuperTurbo,3in pipes,Catco3in,3in Cutout ThrottleBody Spacer, SolidDriveShaft,NGKplugs, Taylor8mmWires,ZR1 rims, RS Spoiler,WhiteFacedGuages.<br />Stereo= Pioneer DEH-P8400MP, Custom Subthump enclosure, 2 BlouPunkt 12\'s, JL 500/1, Fosgate speakers, 1FaradCap.<p>NEW 1997 FireBird Formula WS6
