I've attempted to look it up at Autozone.com and Advanceauto.com (partsamerica), neither one offered the clock spring. It's listed as a valid item on both sites, but they don't carry it.
I guess just keep watching ebay or post this in the Wanted Section.
For $200 you could probably go to a wrecker and get the whole steering column assembly. Then you would have all sorts of spar parts!
