ok, this is not on my car but a chrysler lhs. the problem is that whenever the steering wheel is turned to much either way the horn makes a lil noise. wat the hell do i do???? any ideas?

Sounds like maybe a senior citizen driver installed an overzealous safety device.
"I'm going around a corner" - HONK.
"I'm attempting to parallel park" - HONK.
"I'm backing out of the driveway" - HONK.
I agree, the wiring in the steering column is the likely culprit.I solemnly swear I am up to no good.
