I have a 2000 firebird, auto, with T-Tops. the sticker on my door says my cars curb weigh is like 4196lbs. that sounds really heavy. I was just curious if this would be accurate? Or is the real weight different?

that does not mean your vehicles weight. that is your vehicle weight limit with passengers and cargo -

real weight is about 3360 (depending on tranny)
