Hey guys i was just wondering what this could be i drive a 98. The car idles at 1000rpm all the time it never goes below that even at operating temp...i checked for vacuum hoses and i couldnt find a thing.The car had a full tune up about 8000 miles ago. The car also gets horrible gas mileage and is running super rich. Some help would be appreciated thanks

seafoam it, o2 sensors mabey will also help with mpg. And if both these things dont help you then u havent wasted to much money. Seafoam is great for alot of things to. -

buy an owners repair manual. It will help you out and will make you feel more self sufficient :)Comment

Mine was just doing that....took it to the stealership, ended up being a bad TPS.Comment

Im thinking it is the Tps sensor myself i had it scanned today and it came up tps low voltage not sure what that means but i guess i should invest in a new one also oxygen sensors how much do they go for and do they really help if the old ones are bad.... i have no ses light though weird but it still came up tps sensorComment
