I don't give a rats behind if you say you changed your wires and plugs in every post, people mess it up when they install new ones and that is why I am saying to check it all. A loose boot or one touching the exhaust can mess you up.

So what if there is no codes, if it was a good mechanic he would look into what the problem was. So with that being said autozone employees are not mechanics just because they can read codes

Also what year car and engine again?

Are you sure the new plugs are gapped right? Check them. A gap that is too far open could possibly cause this.

Check all wires. Make sure they have a good connection at each end. I know they are new, check them anyway.

make sure your wires are snapped onto the plugs good, and make sure your wires arent touching your headers and creating an arc. we worked on a camaro in school today that had this problem.

Go to the You Pull It junk yard and cram your pockets full of coil packs. One of them if not all will work. There are our coil packs in the junk yards by the hundreds!

cleaned up this thread. lets stay on topic.

new guy, calm down. as said, this is the internet and its not easy to pinpoint every problem since we dont have the car sitting in front of us.

its a 94? well, its obd1. if you dont know, lemme tell ya about obd1. obd1 isnt great or even close to good IMO. sometimes it detects misfires, sometimes it wont, my 95 trans am threw no codes what so ever and yet the entire ignition system was f***ed (2 cracked plugs, bad opti spark and bad icm). NOT ONE CODE no light, nothing. the only way youre going to track down the problem is to take it to a shop and let them scan it and track down which cylinder(s) youre getting misfires on. this is by far the simplest(and most expensive) way to get to the bottom of it. misfires are a pain to track down sometimes but its common with fbodies. obd2 is much better when it comes to detecting misfires.

just a side thought here, but have you had the ICM tested? if not get it checked. how about 02 sensors? or map sensor? both can cause the car to run like crap.

                    just throwing these out there.

current car- 95 Trans am- bolt ons, parked and collecting dust. why? because **** it
