Does anyone else go through a lot of wires? My factory ones arched like crazy by 55K so I replaced them with AZ Bosch wires. Now at 83K and 2.5 years later, I got a misfire again (cylinder #2). I went out at night and saw the boot lighting up (arching) so it sure looks like wires. Is it normal to have them go bad in 28K miles?

Re: Wires Again?
Are any of them running very close to the exhaust or engine? Maybe even vibrating to where they may touch any of those components?
My stock #6 wire burned outa long time ago, so when I installed new wires, I wrapped Header Wrap around the wires where they came close to hot engine parts. That took care of the problem.sigpic
