watter puddle

I own a 1998 camaro 3.8l v6 and its been raining real hard. Well i was driving and i went over a puddle of water, and suddenly i feel like there's something knocking under the car. Kind of sound like the mufflers loose. Well i continue driving and it goes away. Then i hit another puddle and again that knocking sound. It only happens when i hit a puddle. Has this happen to anyone?

dont hit puddles and you won't have that problem!

yeah i try to avoid even the smallest puddles in my car. everyone calls me a sissy for it but hey i care about my car

to be honest with you dude, its such a vague description it could be anything. do you hear a knocking from the front/back? left/right? does it knock once or several times? vary w/ speed or rpms? you'll have to be a LOT more specific if you want us to honestly answer your question...
