i installed a gatorback belt on my 97 camaro the other day and it has a loud wine to it. will this wear off or did i do something wrong ?

it grips better...nothing to worry about unless the whine gets louder. then you need to worry about old pullies.2011 Camaro LS 6M, in black. -

mine whined for a few hundred miles now its better. I will wait a little bit and see if it gets better. Pulleys were fine with the old belt. How can you determine if they are bad ? I doubt they are though.1997 Camaro LS1 RS
