black RTV sealant between the weatehrstripping and the frame. It channels the water into the little plastic clip which channels it through the weatherstripping and down into the door.

Htere is some from the factory but obviously since you do not have factory installed weatherstripping, you don't have the small seal.

the leak is coming from where where the window hits the weather striping right where the t tops striping and the wind shield striping meets. so i can't really put sealing there. then the striping will be held together.

      any other ideas

Take some die-electric grease and apply it into the weatherstrip channel (spell?) .work it into it . the grease will help seal this section up you just have to reapply it when it wears off.it worked for me when i did my conversion

I'll bring over that stuff this weekend (if you want) and give it another shot. If that doesn't work, we'll need to pry the weatherstripping up and put a little bit more support at underneath to lift it up so you'll get a better seal. Something has got to work!

Give me a call. I am still on daywork until Monday, Jan 2nd.

just to try and see if it works . put sum grease in that channel . whipe it in there . see if it makes a seal . you can close the gap in the t-top to weatherstrip by adjusting the front aduster down by removing any shims you installed . when i converted it took several hours the get it right . let me know if it works
