i need a new sideview drivers side mirror because mine is cracked and you cant adjust it (its manual.) but i need it by the 29th so that i can pass the state inspection. does anyone know where i would be able to get this mirror online? i've already tried ebay, and advance auto parts said that they couldnt get one for a couple weeks. thanks.

I have the same problem with my car but what I wanna know is it replaceable and how do I go about doing this or do I just buy the mirror and put it over the existing cracked oneeric headComment

no you dont put the new one over the cracked one. The glass is just held on by glue or silicone. The glass is all you replace. If you go to a windshild shop they will put the new one on for you, but the will put tape over it till the glue can fully dry. The next day you simply pull the tape off. I went to Binswanger Glass of SW Houston tx.
