howdy, i did a search for this and found nothing so... i was changing the plug wires today and as usual, it was a hooker to do. so i was jus twondering if its easier to do by taking the heat shields off then doing it..or am i crazy ...btw, i only put three on, cause i didnt want to deal with the pass. side after the drivers...any help would be appreciated! thanks [img]graemlins/rofl.gif[/img]
no, its a 99...was just curious...oh and which cylinder is which, like which are cylinders 2,4 adn 6 specifically, inu still not done with the plug wires!any help would be apreciated

2,4,6(from front to back of engine) are at your left and 1,3,5(from front to back of engine) are on your right when looking at the front of your car. The reason I was wondering what year is because in 2000(i thought it was 98, but just remembered it was 2000) they placed different manifolds on our F-bodys to make it a lot easier for us to change spark plugs. [img]graemlins/thumbsup.gif[/img] Well, that'z probably not the only reason, I'm sure there are several. ;) I hope this helps, need anything else just let me know.
