I went to a junk yard to get some coils because i'm in college and i'm trying to save some money. I could only find one firebird and no camaros that are the same year. But the firebird someone has already taken the hood and the coils are all wet and i don't want to take those and have them not work so my question is Can I use coils out of a pontiac boniville with the same 3.8l engine?
thanks.
i honestly couldn't answer that question. but coils total only like $60 and is a snap to change. id say just get new coils, it'd be the better way to go and more of a garuntee to work. if they dont you can take them back, vs. getting junkyard ones wont be garunteed or anything.
