Air releasing when opening gas cap?

So whenever i used to fill up with gas i would take the gas cap off and the sound of air releasing was always there but no it never happens. Should i worry?

i wouldn't be worried, mine doesn't do that.

just wait till the hot summer again when pressure will build up again. It is normal.

Yea its like openign a bottle of pop or soemthing. There is pressure in there and its forced out when its openened.

mine does not build up pressure? In the maintenance it says to check gas cap gasket? Should i replace it to keep gas from evaporating?

Its got nothing to do with evaporation. If its not causing your SES light to turn on then dont worry about it.

once your car is running, it creates a vacuum within the gastank itself. Therefore, opening the cap after you drive around for a bit is going to create a bit of a hiss...how loud it is is dependant on how little gas is in there
