3800 interchange

What cars can the 3800 Series II be dropped into...without modification (for the most part)...I mean, will a L36 bolt right in another RWD 3.8 car? like a 80's G-Body?

any interchangability at all?

modifications would be needed for anything that didn't come with the series 2 engine
