  • Formula V6?

was at a car show and saw a metallic light blue 1994 Firebird with "Formula V6" badges on it. my questions are 1)aren't Firebird Formulas V8s? 2)if they are V6s...what makes them different performance- and especially engine-wise from a regular V6 Firebird or Camaro (i.e. different engine or engine parts, exhaust, etc.)? i've searched a few places already and can't find anything. i'm clueless and have no idea about this stuff so any info on the subject of Firebird Formulas would be great.

the only formula V6 that was halfway genuine was a 4th gen V6 with a 3.8L GN/TTA swap.

complete custom job, and while it's not common at all, it's worthy of being called that.
the '89 20th anniversary TA had a turbo charged V6. pretty sweet.
