you just do it. there is nothing special to it.

Exactly. Have you guys ever tried the change the plugs on a Chevy Astro? It is hard. Took me about 4 hours the first time it did it on my girlfriends van. Never want to attempt it again.

yes, i did lift my car and i was trying to get them from the bottom ............
you angle the boot so that it is pointing away from the manifold

Re: Spark Plugs and Wires change ........ ARGHHH

I'm just getting ready to do my 2000 3.8 with original plugs/wires and nearly 80k miles. Problem I'm having is getting the darned boots off the plugs. Worked on 3 of them for about a half hour, twisting and pulling, and only managed to get one loose. Tried to get that one out just to see how it looked, and quickly found out that I don't have enough extensions anyway...

Well that would make things easier!

I did take a look around, and seems like alot of the plier-type tools would be nearly worthless with the limited room in our cars. I did find the KDTools puller, which looks to be made of rubber/non-conductive material which is flexible. $3.00 + $4.25 shipping from MyToolStore.com.
