  • Hesitating?

    Well i have a problem well a big one here the last week or so my car has been acting up when i am in park and rev to about 2,500rpm and keep it there it kinda cuts out or under light accelaration it will hesitate and ive noticed that full throttle isnt what it used to be i almost got beat by a grand am :( what should i do

    Put yer MAF screen back.

      i dont have it and (NOT) to be rude or anything like that but i dont see how this could be the problem.

          Actually, removing the MAF screen could produce a loss of performance. I think the pros and cons of MAF screen removal is discussed in the technical database somewhere.

          How long has it been since you noticed the loss of performance?

            well i noticed it about 2 weeks ago and my maf screen has been gone for about 4-5 months

              check spark plugs and wires, fuel filter
