    might be a stupid question... how hot is too hot? ive ben up to 220* and its only june. should i be worried about anything? id like to catch it now before those july scorchers get here

    210 is normal operating temp. I put a 170 thermostat in my 3.8 and I rarely get over 190 here in Phoenix.

      I tend to run somewhere around 170 when I am on the interstate with the AC going....In town, I consider it "normal" to see it creep to the 210 mark in heavy stop and go traffic. When the fan kicks in it will go down some even in traffic.
