Looking for simple bolt on upgrades

Would the SLP air lid and K&N air filter make a noticeable different in mileage? Im basically looking for cheap, easy to install mods that increase mileage (lol @ gas prices) and might give a slight increase to power

Yes you will notice slightly better gas mileage and far as horsepower I thikn it gives you around 5-10 with the combination of the two things.
