Yay, SES light

Went to Auto Zone, P0147 HO2S Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 3. How do I go about fixing this? I replaced my EGR valve and cat last year before it went away for the winter, but I still get that weird rotting eggs smell when I turn my car off sometimes. Is this an easy or hard fix? I searched, but didn't fit any threads that really helped much...

Guess I should post a little info about the vehicle... 96 3.8L with 186,000 miles. Flushed out and replaced coolant this weekend, possible oil leaking into the coolant, gonna check that out this weekend. But I don't think that has anything to do with this problem...

Anyone? Do I just clean the O2 sensor after the cat? Replace it ($75)?

replace it, and not sure what you're smell is or how to fix it.
