I just installed a New window motor in my 2000 camaro. It was the driver side and everything went well until i tested it, when it goes down it has like a popping noise. I greased up the tracks and all and still nothing but anyways heres a video i took so you guys can hear it
So i ended up just keeping the motor in and puttin the door back together, it quieted down with the panel on, it just "pop" when i press down. It appears that the bracket u screw the motor on it moving in and out at least the rivits that hold it are, so now im uncertain as to what i should do. Any suggestions?
it is normal for that to flex and for a popping noise to be heard with the door panel off. its really up to you to decide if it is still too loud with the door panel on.
