  • Door Problems

When i open my door it makes a squeaking noise. When i noticed this I also noticed some of the paint is scratched on the door sill. I dont know if those scratches were there before. Any doctors in the house want to help me out?
There is fast, too fast, and way too fast. Way too fast is almost fast enough.

Use WD-40 on the door hinge. It happens.

I've never seen a 4th gen fbod in a junkyard. Don't know if they will fit, but try 3rd gen hinges

Door sag? Just replace the bushings. I'm thinkin that the hinges are weleded to the body so I would avoid that. Bushings aren't that bad. Just place a floor jack under the door to support the weight. Then have somebody hold the door in place while you knock the rods out of the hinges. Then knock the old bushings out and replace them with new ones. Make sure you pay attention to the how the old bushings come out, so you can replace them right. Then wrestle the door back into place and carefully knock the rods back into the hinges. It's relatively easy with an extra set of hands.
