  • power to manual

    just wondering what i would need to change my power seat to a manual.the motor is dead on mine right now and i really didn't care for the power seat.what all would be involved in this.what parts would i need.i know i would need the seat mounting bracket.(i guess )but what else.

    to be honest, i could be wrong, but they both bolt at the same holes. so i dont think you will need anything but a manual seat.

      a manual seat or a manual seat brakct?i didn't wanna have to spend too much on an extra seat if i could get by with a bracket.you think i should just get a seat?

        a whole seat would probably be your best bet, just make sure you match the fabric from your current fabric. i have manual seats, so im not sure how the power seats hook up, but it SHOULD just have 4 nuts and a power plug right beneath the center of the seat. your best bet would be just to get a whole seat though. check ebay, or check on here, ftv6, and ls1tech for people parting cars out.

        even if you have to buy the whole seat, and then take the bracket off it would be worth it to save time running around to find a matching seat
