Ive ran it before, its a neat toy and produces numbers that sound about right... The key is to run it on flat ground and to have it set to absolute zero degrees tilt before going. The www.tazzo.com unit is better.
However, you can run down the dragstrip a lot of times for $140, and IMO its not worth buying for what they charge.
A friend of mine has G-Tech pro. It works pretty dang good. I'd say it's 97% accurate. I was going to use it the other day, but my cigarrette lighter is broken.
Yeah, well, I want to get one for just that reason, I don't have a drag strip anywhere where I live. I know, it sucks *** , and where I live, the cops nail you pretty hard if you get caught racing. First offense is jailtime, second offense is a boot on your car and I'm not sure what the third is.
It makes a lot of sense to have such tough laws yet we have no track to run at
yes they are real nice toys just don't get caught racing while testing.
