ok, i seperated the bezel around the buttons on my door from the door frame, but how do i remove the actual buttons off the panel??? i need to sand/paint it............ i didn't want to just use brute force on it, afraid of breaking something, plus i couldn't see any easy way of taking them out either??? i've got 10:10 on the clock right now EST any help soon would be greatly appreciated!

assuming you mean the window and door lock buttons. I couldnt see a way to remove the buttons, they appeared to be attached the to the PCB underneath. If I were you id just try to cover them with masking tape or something
I think I have an idea of what you're talking about. I did mine VERY CAREFULLY. You have to take a flathead screwdriver, and stick it inbetween the PW/PL buttons and gently pry. You have to pry each side, so it carefully moves itself up to the top. Good luck, and don't break anything. [img]graemlins/dunce.gif[/img]
Each set are held in by 2 little clips....I can get mine off with a little screwdriver easily. Just slide in under one side, and gently pry. Don't go too hard, those clips can break easily, but don't be too afriad of them either, they are metal.
