  • GAS PROBLEMS

ok my 94 Camaro has terrible gas mileage it smells like very strong gas so it isn't being burned properly and I get lots of Hesitations Does anyone know what could It be?

It could be you ignition system. A spark plug may not be firing or just not firing right. This can leave you will unburned fuel, which can cause that smell. Check all of your ignition system(coil packs, wires, plugs). My car does not like platinum plugs and hesitates if I use them so I use the stock AC Delco plugs and it works fine. You may also have a fuel leak somewhere in the fuel lines or fuel rail and it is causing you to lose fuel pressure, which will give you hesitation. Check all fuel lines and fuel rail for leakage and check what your fuel pressure is. All of this is a good place to start. Hope this helps you.
