I'm trying to get the speedometer to work on a 94 Camaro. I replaced the vss sensor tonight (the sensor mounted on the end of the tranny) but the speedo still doesn't work. I did a search on here in regard to speedometers but couldn't find any usefull info. According to my haynes manual, the wire diagrams show the speedometer gets its signal from a Green W/ white Stripe wire which is the VSS output wire. Okay, if I find this wire behind the dash, how can I test it and what specificly do I need to test for...volts, ohms???
94-Camaro w/ 3.4L, auto. I even checked every fuse in the car (side of the dash and under the hood), all are good. Thanks for any info.
