So I had to replace the body of the mirror on the passenger side because it was broke. So I went ahead and pulled off the driver side to repaint both of them. When I did this and put it back together, one direction on each of the mirrors doesn't work, but it did prior. I know there are some screw things that the motor works on, but was wondering if there is some special way you have to put it back together if you ever take it apart. Thanks

its been a long time ago but I think the mirror snaps into a few different places. You may not have one side snapped in and the piece that's moving isn't moving the mirror cause its not connected.

There are 2 threaded plastic dogbones that attach the mirror to the motor. If both are not installed correctly, you get what your going through.

I tried pushing both of the threads as far in as I can get them, just didn't know if there was another way to go about it. Appreciate the help
