  • Schedule for Maintenence?

Hello general tech folks, I was wondering if there was a certain guide line to follow in regards to a schedule of maintenaince regarding our cars. For example i know oil should be change every three months but thats more common knowledge i suppose. What about all the other things? I will name some, and perhaps everyone can give the answer for time (and a reason if applicable) for when to do these maintenence procedures. Thanks for your help in advance. This way we can all, including myself keep on top of these maintences. I know there are lists in things like my Haynes manual, but i'd like to hear if there are any different time periods people would suggest and why.

    Oil
    Oil Filter
    PCV Valve
    Transmission Fluid
    Transmission Filter
    Fuel Filter
    Spark Plugs
    Spark Plug wires
    Coil packs
    Serpentine belt
    Brake Fluid
    Power Steering Fluid
    Coolant
    Differential Fluid
    Tire Pressure
    Lubrication
    Battery

I'm sure i'm forgetting some, so if you think of any, just add it in. =)

I basically follow the maintenence schedule listed in the owners manual with a few exceptions. I change my plugs/wires, rear end grease, and antifreeze every 30,000 miles.
