ok well the the hoses are cut on it do i need to hook then back up

good question. I used to live in NY and OBD-I cars didn't have to pass emissions, so I was safe to remove it.

Where do you live? Check your local inspection laws.

i live in cali i cant seem to find anything in my manual about it so i dont know how to hook it up do u
