Well I just hit 100,000 miles on my 00' 3.8 Camaro... im thinking since it seems to be running slugishly that i should do:

Also, everytime I start it up in the morning, there seems to be a little bit of black smoke, any ideas what this may be? I have straight exhaust so I don't know if that has to do with anything?
