OK, thing I've got about most of hte bolt-ons for my car. Whats next?
97 3.8L V6 Camaro:
Performance: -Pacesetter Headers; !Cat Converter; 3" piping all the way back to a Cherry Bomb muffler with dual Z-28 tips; Moroso LT1 Cold Air Intake; LS1 Aluminum DriveShaft; Z28 rear with 3.73's; Z28 sway bar and springs; shortened stock shifter
Appearance: -3800 Emblems; Chrome Z-28 5-spoke rims; nose emblem overlay; blacked out Altezza tails, blinkers, and side markers; black rear fill-ins; shortie billet antenna; rear Xenon skirt
I've got a body kit waiting to be painted, and then some nice rims to finish up the exterior; have a very nice system on the inside that I'm pleased with, and I may paint some of the interior pieces red, along with some new seats. I'm ordering a new tune tomorrow from PCM For Less to top it all off. What should I do next for the car? I'd like more performance from it, but I'm not too sure. I don't really want to go into the engine, cuz I may F' somethin up. I wanted N2O, but the fact that it's not a constant power adder scares me. I realize that with the right tune and all safety switches it's very safe for our engine, but I don't like the fact that at one point the car will be running off just the fresh air from outside, then you force an additive into it and force the computer to make changes to accept it (I know, not the best wording, but I hope you get my point). I was looking at a S/C kit, but I'd have to save for about 7 months for it. I'm also thinking of getting a 5.o shifter with Lou's Short stick to replace my cut stock one. Any suggestions as to what I should do next? I know some of you are going to be saying I should go with susension parts, but I live on a dirt road, so my suspension's going to get beat up anyways, so why spend the money to get the car to ride nicely, just for it to ride horribly again in a year or so? Plus, I'm perfectly satisfied with the way it rides and handles right now.
And sorry for it being such a long post, I'm bored and got alot of time on my hands right now :)
