Finally changed my plugs for the first time. been talking about it or about a year now. lol. it is a *****. but now that i have been through it is seems not so bad. cracked a plug the first time around. found out after couldn't figure out why my car was running like sheit. got her purring now. who ever suggested to use a socket with just a regular box wrench on the end of the socket is a genius. just saw it on here one time.

    Re: plugs

The first time I changed mine it took about 2 hours and I used a ratchet and a socket with a 3" extension. Neccesity is your best teacher, my car was stumbling so bad I would not have been able to drive it anywhere.
Let's flip a coin. Heads I get tail, Tails I get head.

      Re: plugs

One time I changed my plugs and they were so tight it cracked my socket and I rounded off one of the plugs and broke the ceramic off. Luckily I had one of those Craftsman bolt-out kits for rounded off bolts to get it out of there or Id been screwed, lol.
