I'm not sure what you mean - the golf carts I drive have no horns. :D

Is it that the lower pitch horn is not working?
I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

Did you get in a wreck? or run over something? If the cone on the horn got dented, it will be a higher pitch...also it might be getting too much power. (My horn has a lower tone than my friends' 97 Camaro and 00 Bird) I think cause it is not getting enough power.

Does it sound mangled? Horrible when the alarm goes off? Like a cow being neutered or something. Beeeuuhhhppp!! Mine did that fora while, somehow, I got water in it. I took it off and used our air compressor to blow the water out. It still sounds bad sometimes. If its to the point you can't take it anymore, go to Advance Auto and get a horn. Don't try to get one for the Camaro, just get one for anything, it might be out on the shelf, my dad just put two new ones on his 71 Camaro, and they are crazy loud.
