So apparently you need a lift to change it.. since those things above it (dont know name) is in the way..

How long would such a job take? I need to get mine changed asap since im pretty sure the stock are still on there (car has 107k). Also, how much would a job like this cost at a shop (i dont have a lift)?

Would i need to put the plastic protector around the wires so they wont melt (if even possible). Or maybe i can run the wires over the top.. but i dont think its long enough

its hard with stock headers, its expensive, and you need some extensions. I know all of this because its been covered enough. SEARCH and you will find pics and all the info you need

The way I have saved money is asking help to some friends who are mechanics. One of them gave me some pointers how to do it, and did it for me in 20 minutes.
