my '99 firebird pops DRL's like crazy, i've been through 7 sets in a year and a half. This cant be normal...right? Is there any way to keep the bulps from popping, or are there LED bulbs that will fit, cause the socket looks a lil scorched.
Thx in advance

Try re-sealing the openings of the light (where the bulb goes in) with RTV.Mine used to burn out like that and it was because water was getting in there and burning out the bulb.Good luck.

mine used to do it...but its because in my clear corners...made by APC of course...the bulb was resting on the side...nothing can be touching the bulbs or they blow out......do try resealing it though...if not I put in some LED 3157 bulbs....work great and theyve never blown...
okay i replaced the bulb (couldnt find any 3057 led bulbs) and now the left turn signal works fine but whe you switch to the right turn signal it just goes out. when you turn off the signal both go out, stay off ofr a minute then come back on. any ideas on this
thx in advance

I am experiencing the same problem as we speek, I have blown out 2 on the passenger side in 2 days, I now have 3 more back up bulbs, I will be really pi$$ed if it happenes again, also my sockets are burnt up, It is going to rain really hard tomorrow so I better not blow another one...or two.

you should use bulb grease for your sockets...like 2$ at wal-mart...and even pep-boys has those led 3157 bulbs...they're from APC...like 5$ each or somethin
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
