ok...when i first got my 02 camaro it was set so that the car would NOT start untull i held down cruise control while turning the key, somewhere along the way i must have disabled it? i lost my owners manuel...can anybody tell me how to get that setting back? has anybody ever heard of this?

Uhhh...nope
But my sister had a Cavalier once and you had to turn the left turn signal on before the car would start.
