If there is something in the oil that is gonna hurt something, than I would think there is already some major problems happening in there :D But for 13.99 why not be cautious :D

Isnt that why they came up w/ "oil filters" and told us to change it every 3000 miles?

I dont think it would be even worth it.

Most of the debree and dirt and stuff is trapped in the oil filter.

As RedbirdV6 mentioned, if the filter didnt work, u'd notice something wrong w/ the engine.

I think someone came out w/ a little invention to make some money? who knows.

That reminds me of the whole "internal intenna" that they cell at certain places. It like stick on under the battery and ur supposed to have this SUPER reception, LoL BS dont work i tried it

But ya, its not that expensive, so if u want, go for it.

Correct me, but if you put a clean oil filter on and change the oil, isn't that screen going to prevent dirt and metal from even reaching the oil filter and it will keep it in the circulation. How is the filter supposed to filter if nothing it getting to it? Obviously stuff isn't going to come from other side of the clean filter. Or stuff isn't magically going to jump over the screen and then be magically prevented from going back.
