i have a 95 camaro z28 and when the cars shifting, turning, or hit a bump it sounds like my tranny hits the floor and shakes the councel. tranny mount?

yes, tranny mount would be first guess. Find a 1le one or get a energy suspension poly mount and you will be good to go.
the poly mount will have some more vibration than a rubber one, but will not blow out ever again either.
