Ok so I take everything out I can get to trough the pan. Nothing there is electrical, no solenoid nothing...
But what I noticed when I took the pan out from under van is what worries me now....
Looks like flat metal pieces, and quite a bit of them too! One is even one inch square!!! Is it time for a u-pull-it now? And this situation doesnt explain the engine fast de-rev.
sounds like you need a tranny, and with the tranny out maybe you can find those other vacuume leaks and fix them that might be yourengine fast de-rev, have fun there not that bad to replace just remember to support the engine before you drop the tranny.
I'm betting from the sounds of things maybe clutch material, or could also be other parts, realy can't tell untill you dig inside the tranny.
Thats what I thought as soon as I seen them! "Clutch Pieces"... So new tranny either way hmmm... OK I will still get a pic when I find the camera. Thanks for your help again!
Hey everyone! I've been trying to remove my transmission for two days now! I need to replace the clutch. Only thing I've got left holding the transmission...
