  • Getting a new MARO need help???

Hello I hate to do this but my car is just getting to many miles on it. I want a new maro and have decided to go for a z28, a 98 and above since i love that new front end. I just wanted to ask which year should i get. which one was the best I heard somewhere that 99 has bigger fuel injectors than 98 or something like that. So what do you all think?

    Thanks

(p.s. My car is now for sale its a 1995 3.4 with 125,000 miles on it pics available upon request.)

Go with a '99+, the '98 is kinda an oddball since it was first to introduce the LS1.

I'd say go with a '00-'02, the 98-99's had alot of transmission and rearend defects. I know this because I had a 99 TA and alot of my freinds had 98-99 LS1's and they and I both had rear-end and tranny (M6) problems too. I had my tranny replaced 3X's before I traded it. just my 2 cents.

            well, youre asking V8 advice on a V6 board...that doesn't quite line up...but.

if you can swing it, go for a late 2000+, some of them got the LS6 intake manifolds, helping the power output
