I got my plugs and heat sleeves today to go with my wires... so I take a gander under my hood to do a really good servey of what I need to do and maybe some routing ideas...
Remeber this is factory stock with 38,000 never touched
-my #6 wire is laying on my exhaust manifold in 2 spots and looks cooked in 3 spots..
-driver side wires forced through the wire loom and rubbing against a piece of metal and has worn spots on 2 wires, where the rubber is pretty rubbed off... Didn't look any further...
Either way I bought some high-twoer wire looms form advanced auto, some wire sepreators, gonna run them up and over the valve covers...
also have heat sleeves to put on the boots and wires, so I should be good.
-I am running msd 8.5mm (Great deal from www.ammperformance.com)
-NGK-TR55 plugs
-MSD boot heat sleeves, 6' roll 1000* protection(I got it at www.summitracing.com)
ignition is bit overkill on my stock car but I feel its one of those overlooked parts of the car that provides efficency and I got good deals on all the parts )
I am hoping this quality stuff with overkill protection will prevent any misfire problems that many have had...
