    but how do i know??

    i cant figure out FOR SURE what my gears are.
    im hoping its 3.42. but let me make sure,..
    its not w68 and i cant find y87 on the door,.. but do to performance it has to be 3.42. i race a y87 and out run it. ut a car length.
    i have every thing, including LSD, that the y87 has but i didnt factory come with dual exhaust it was the curved down pipe

    whats that mean?

        You could go to Camaro/FirebirdV6's Technical Database. Look for RPO codes and compare them to the ones on your drivers-side door.

          look for GU6 = 3.42s
          GU5= 3.23s
          GU4 = 3.08
          G80 = Limited Slip (LSD) - happy findings.
