Re: 3.4l to 3.8l
Well if you're going to do a swap you might as well just throw a V8 in it. You're going to pay around the same either way. I Just turned 18 and I have an Ls1. Gas isnt as bad as you think...well worth the power1998 Camaro V6 \"Black Mamba\"<br />Y87<br />Whisper Lid w/ K&N filter<br />Flowmaster American Thunder<br />Numerous appearance mods.<br /> <a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2154172\" target=\"_blank\">Car Domain</a>

Re: 3.4l to 3.8l
Yeah I looked into doing an ls1/lt1/3.8 swap but its just way to involved. Its best to have a donor car to take parts from because you will need lots of them. So maybe if you came up on a wrecked 3.8 with a running engine for cheap...

Re: 3.4l to 3.8l
I've never done an engine swap before, but at a minimum you would need the computer/wire harness from the 3.8; the 3.8 and a bell housing for your tranny to mate to the 90° 3.8 engine.
